November 2017 – Tree of Life Workshop
The Tree of Life is an empowering, creative approach to wellbeing that draws on Narrative Therapy and encourages people to speak about meaningful aspects of their lives in ways that make them stronger. It involves people creating their own “tree of life” where each part of the tree represents an important aspect of their life story. The trees are brought together to create a “forest” and participants are invited to discuss some of the “storms” that can affect their lives and explore ways of responding to challenges.
The workshop will take place at:
14 Devonshire Place
From: 1.30pm – 4.30pm
All proceeds will go to: PHOLA a non-profit organisation set up by Ncazelo Ncube to address the impact of trauma on children, women, families and communities in Southern Africa.
